Patrick Stasolla

Managing Partner
Entrepreneurial Marketing and Media leader with +35 years of expertise crafting strategically integrated Media Plans for consumer brands. Patrick has a rich career experience that spans both the ad agency and client-side worlds. His agency career features tenure at Wells, Rich, Greene, Grey Advertising, The Martin Agency, JL Media, and Universal Media. Pat also spent 11 years as an executive with Wyeth in the Consumer Healthcare Division and with International/American Home Foods (formerly a division of Wyeth). Additionally, Patrick is the former owner of German Valley Foods, a bespoke food manufacturer with a single retail outlet. Lastly, Pat is a former partner in Robertson, Stasolla & Partners, a Media/Marketing consultancy. Patrick has a BA in History from the University of Richmond and a graduate certificate in Digital Strategy from the Yale School of Management.

Managing Partner
Cindy brings 30+ years to the negotiation table with in-depth knowledge of broadcast (TV & Radio) and the ever-changing digital media landscape. Cindy's vast career experience includes senior-level Media Director posts at some of Madison Avenue's top shops such as McCaffrey McCall, Scali McCabe Sloves, Deutsch, Young & Rubicam, Underscore Marketing and Nail Advertising. Cindy is also an entrepreneur who owned the bespoke media practice Media Specialists LLC.
